The problem line has been backing up for the last 12 months constantly we were snaking the line and it would back up ran a video inspection and soul one bad area once we started exposing the pipe we realized the entire line was bad and the bottom of the pipe was gone which you did not see in the camera inspection we ended up replacing the entire line and the customer was very happy
