Expert Sewer and Drain Cleaning with A Satisfaction Guarantee.

drain cleaning services

Dirt and grime can build up in your drains and cause back-ups in your sinks, toilets as well and storm drains.

Many people are not aware that the kitchen drain, bathroom drains, and laundry drains are connected in multiple places, and if there is a drain clog in one it can potentially affect the others. Once the drains are clogged most people will try the drain cleaning solutions that are not only ineffective but also very bad for your pipes since their aggressive nature will cause damage to the surface of your drain pipes and cause corrosion.

Handheld snakes can be very strenuous to use and don’t get the real hard jobs done. Drain Masters Plumbing Company specializes in drain cleaning and we have all the right tools to remove the built-up dirt and clear your drains for a long time.

If you have tried using over-the-counter drain cleaning products and your drains are still clogging it is usually a sign of a plumbing problem. Hiring a professional drain cleaning and plumbing company may be the best solution.

We use state-of-the-art equipment to pinpoint the problem areas and have the knowledge and experience to help resolve your drain and plumbing problems.

Our drain cleaning service starts with a thorough examination of the problem area. Using snake cameras and other techniques we can easily locate the problem area. Then we will explain all necessary repairs in detail and give you an upfront pricing on the repairs. We will fix it right.

Our courteous, professional drain experts can clean and repair any sewer or drain, no matter how tough the clog is. We’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you never have to wait for your repair.

Clearing The Sewer Line

The proper way to clear a sewer line is through a clean-out. Some older homes in San Diego County might not have clean-out access. If the clean-out is not available Drainmasters Plumbing will use the camera through the vent or the toilet flange to locate the sewer line. If there is a root intrusion problem in the sewer line this will be a good time to kill two birds with one stone and take out the section that has the roots in it and then we can put the cleanout right there. This way you can add a clean-out access while getting rid of the root problem. A clean-out access will be useful for the future maintenance of your sewer line.

Kitchen and Laundry Lines

The same clean-out access is used to clear a kitchen line. San Diego residents who live in condominiums or high rises might not have clean-out access. Drainmasters Plumbing will use a shop vac to remove all the water out of the sink then go under the sink and remove the p-traps then we can snake the line through the waste arm that goes into the wall and clear the blockage that way. The same procedure can be used for laundry lines which tend to back up most of the time because of soap scum, lint from the washing machine, etc.

758_zoomHydro Jetting

If cabling the line is not as effective, we can clear the line by hydro-jetting. Hydro jetting is clearing lines with high-pressure water usually between 1300 to 1500 PSI for kitchen and laundry lines and up to 3500 PSI for the sewer lines. We also use special attachments on our hydrojetting system to cut out 90% of the roots that are in the sewer line.

Drainmasters Plumbing can clear any clogged drain, sewer line, laundry line, and kitchen drain in San Diego County. We offer 24/7 affordable, fast-response sewer cleaning services to all of San Diego with no overtime or weekend charges.

Drain Cleaning Equipment

We use Spartan machines for all drain cleaning. The Spartan 700 machine is mainly for bathtubs, showers, and washbowl drain cleaning. We use the Spartan 100 machine for kitchen and laundry lines and the Spartan 300 machine for sewer line blockages. For grease and sludge buildup, we use the Spartan hydro jetter, which can produce between 1500 and 4000 psi (tough enough to cut tree roots).

DrainVision™ Sewer Camera

We don’t just guess, but use the The DrainVision™ sewer camera to see where the build-up really is. The cameras is remote controlled to enter sewer lines from a house to the roadway. To be able to locate small problems and correct it, can save you having to dig up your whole yard and the costs of replacing all the lines or system.
